Estella Mayfield was born April 25th, 1950 in Robeson County, N.C. to the late Ola Galbreath and Nathaniel Galbreath Sr.

           Ms. Mayfield was reared and spiritually nurtured in St. James Holiness Church in Wakulla, N.C.  She recently joined First Missionary Baptist Church and was a faithful member until health   began failing.

She was joined in Holy Matrimony to the late Jerome Mayfield of Brooklyn, N.Y. and to this union one son was born.

Those left to bark in her infinite love are her son, Kendall Mayfield (Fiancé Heather Locklear), her beloved pet Hennessy, Three Sisters: Daisy(Martin), Carrie (Barnard), Annie (Henry(deceased) all of Red Springs, N.C. Three Brothers Nathaniel (Cookie) of Brooklyn, N.Y., James (Lala) of Maxton, N.C., Lee Douglas (Lizzie) of Red Springs, N.C. A Special Niece Angela Johnson. A host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
