Doretha Butler

Doretha Butler 83 of Fayetteville transitioned into eternal rest on August 15, 2020.

She is the owner of Butler Funeral Home in St. Pauls, Red Springs and Raeford; also Butler’s Daycare in Red Springs and Raeford.

For the safety of you and others mask and face coverings must be worn for the durations of the services.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday August 21, 2020 at 11:30am from the Second Baptist Church 522 Old Wilmington Rd... Fayetteville 

Reverend Smith will deliver the eulogy; burial will follow in Sandhill Veteran Cemetery in Spring lake.

A viewing will be held on Thursday August 20, 2020 at the following locations:

Butler Funeral Home in St. Paul’s between the hours of 11:30am - 1:30pm.

Butler Funeral Home Chapel in Red Springs between the hours of 2:30pm - 6pm.

Survivors are: Husband: Thaddies Butler. Daughter: Daphne Humphrey. Stepson: Kelvin McGeachy (Angelia). Grand daughter: Felicia Davis. Brother-in-law: Howard Butler (Shirlean) of Parkton. Sister-in-law: Lancy Meekins of Fayetteville.
